I also work with companies focusing on employee health and well-being, offering tailor-made programs for leadership teams, as a collective, or for individual team members.
As a Certified Health Coach I am trained to specialise in Health, Nutrition & Wellness. I apply proven strategies and interventions, DNA and epigenetics, to actively and safely engage my clients in health behaviour change to better manage their health, health risk and chronic health conditions, resulting in optimal wellness, improved health outcomes, and lowered health risks.
My approach is rooted in the latest science and based on sound and well-established evidence.

I'M A CERTIFIED FUNCTIONAL HEALTH COACH AND HEALTH & WELLNESS IS MY PASSION
I have a long successful corporate career in healthcare, with global jobs requiring time-zone travelling, managing big teams, meeting tough deadlines, sleep deprivation, and constant stress so I know the challenges of corporate life.
In my current role, I work with busy professionals +40 who want to regain control of their lives and feel better. Through bespoke coaching solutions we dive deep into nutrition patterns, physical activity, sleep habits, stress load and emotional wellbeing, because every choice you make can impact the years you live in good health.
My approach is based on science and data, combined with validated health coaching tools.
As a powerful tool, I offer health coaching based on your unique DNA with relevant analysis done by accredited labs, making the recommended path forward personalized and actionable, and reflecting epigenetics i.e. how your lifestyle choices can switch genes on or off.
I am up to date on the latest science related to health and longevity, which I strive to share with my clients in a digestible and validated form to assist them in reaching their goals.
I am a UK & International Health Coaching Association (Level 5) Certified health coach, and a Certified DNA Life nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics practitioner. I have a post-graduate education in management and leadership, and am a long-time business coach and mentor.
In my free time, I enjoy swimming, walking & running, Pilates, cooking and reading.
I live in Brussels but operate online wherever my global clients are.
